Constructed in 1927 by famed golf course architect Donald Ross, “Mid Pines is the perfect resort course,” says Chip King, General Manager and Head Professional since 1984. “It’s challenging enough for the good players from the championship tees. It’s difficult to score on even though the yardage says it’s short. Golf courses like this are so playable. It’s hard to walk off Mid Pines without a smile on your face.”
